Hungarian Research Centre for Pragmatics

The first conference is scheduled to be organized by Márta Maleczki, Enikő Németh T. and Tibor Szécsényi in 2014 under the auspices of the Department of General Linguistics and the Theoretical Linguistics PhD Programme of the Doctoral School in Linguistics of the University of Szeged. This conference being unique in Hungary aims to offer opportunities for researchers to give presentations on semantics and pragmatics-related topics. Moreover, lecturers might get constructive responses and comments on their work from experts in the aforementioned fields, while conference participants might get updates on the most recent national research trends.
